As a writer, I find it&#039;s so true about exercise being rejuvenating; When I&#039;m stuck on a scene in a book, or even a plot element, a good  stint on the treadmill seems to get my brain going in new directions, and I get great ideas. I also find that my energy throughout the day is enhanced, not depleted.

		<description>Nothing better than exercising to release stress.  I likes to exercise and hit the gym at least 4 times a week.  It always does wonder for me after a stressful day at work.

For those who do not like to exercise in the gym, any physical activities will help to release stress - walking, jogging, a good round of basketball or yoga.

Most important of all is to take your mind off things that are stressing you.

We must learn how to handle stress and get back our life.</description>
