		<description>I could not agree with you more.  I&#039;ve actually got a blog post written up that I plan on posting soon that is talking about the exact same thing.  I think it in our nature to start out a new project like an exercise program or diet with great enthusiasm.  We start out full force, only to end up slowing down until we stop completely.  I think that you should ease your way into a program and then build up.  I believe this is the best way to stick with an exercise program and achieve sustained success and results.  Thanks for the post.</description>
