		<description>You know what&#039;s funny - the same thing happens to me! I know what to do most of the time, but if I don&#039;t have a plan or goal set I tend not to do it, or not with effort.

For June I made an effort to lose 10lb - and I lost 12lb. Last month (July) I didn&#039;t really set any goals, and I just maintained my weight (or gained a pound or two). So, I think it&#039;s time to make more plans!</description>

I have a weight loss goal but haven&#039;t set a fitness goal and as a result, I have been only haphazardly exercising. When you&#039;ve been sedentary for so long it&#039;s so hard to know how and what and where to start!
